If I had one complaint about the store on Wetmore, its that the ingredients always seem a little overcooked. For example, the cilantro in the rice is never a nice bright green color, the fajita veggies are always overdone.

Another burrito run with Markos. Got chicken this time, no beans, extra rice, veggies, no sour cream. This combination was super-excellent; I’ll probably be getting this again in the (near) future.

I’m leaving for Japan a week from Monday which probably means a Chipotle hiatus. I wonder if I’ll be able to find burritos anywhere in Tokyo…

This one is from last Sunday (2/18/07), but I forgot to record it.

I slept in, then was invited to grab burritos with two friends at about 2PM. Burrito for breakfast / lunch is always good by me.

The grilled onions and peppers are great, but I wish they had put more of the veggies on. The rice was awesome as always. The burrito started to fall apart a bit at the end, but I managed to hold it together and didn’t need to resort to a fork.
