hot on the heels of the great chipotle customer service my mom got last night I read that chipotle is rated high for customer service. well duh. they treat customers so well I can’t imagine otherwise.

i mean seriously, you walk into chipotle you hear good music, you get educated by posters and cups about the supply chain of your food, the servers smile and treat you well.

other fast food places don’t respect their customers enough to want to educate them about anything. plus they’re embarrassed by their supply chain which limits their ability to crow about it. but think about the last time a fast food restaurant gave you an update about how or why they make their food - einsteins kinda does that. starbucks does it.

but starbucks wastes their chance to market to you on the cups and instead gives “thought provoking” ideas that are so controversial and off-topic that they disclaim ownership of them. dumb.
