insight and danger written all over it

Don Hong, the self proclaimed Chipotle Star has started writing about his experiences behind the counter at a brand new chipotle. brand new employee. brand new store. brand new chance to get fired :( well, people thought google was a different company but they still fired someone for blogging too openly. what will chipotle’s reaction be?

personally, i hope that Don will be allowed to keep going (and will use his own discretion not to post anything too revealing or inappropriate…)

you know that I just added him to my rss reader.

Don, if you’re reading this, get in touch, could you?

Hi there.

Haha I guess I am the self-proclaimed :P

Well, anyways, it is true that I can’t really “reveal” anything too juicy, they made us sign a contract. However, the stuff I post is pretty much for the good of Chipotle, and is also kind of like a journal, not meant to do any harm. I’m not gonna go off and bad-mouth Chipotle since I LOVE working here.

I usually blog about stuff that happen there, experiences. I’m not into ruining the name of Chipotle, and not out there to give away vital secrets. Just giving people an insight into my personal experiences :)

and here’s another one…

stumptown chronicles is on the way to being a burrito roller.

though her blog is more focused on her than her at chipotle it could be interesting…

it strikes me - with these summer hires at chipotle being bloggers are should I really be surprised? probably not. folks looking for jobs in the summer tend to be high-school/college aged and therefore are more likely to have a blog or be interested in creating a blog.
