Houman just runs several stores - he’s not the “owner”. In fact, there currently is no single “owner” of chipotle, rather it is owned by many many people and companies since chipotle stock is publicly traded.
Really, I just know that he’s the guy on the cup and that he was pretty cool when I talked to him in the store.
