bug and i skipped out to lunch in the middle of house chores. house chores are necessary so we can move out of our house prior to the world spanish tour.

just got back from a weekend in vegas and craved some “fresh” food…chipotle fit the bill nicely.

this was a quite indulgent burrito today - but we split it so it's OK on the budget and the calories :)

also, i took a bunch of photos. this is my favorite:

the sign on the wall said something about how for 2007 people should resolve to eat more food from chipotle since the meat is hormone free and raised humanely and the veggies are organic. i can agree to that resolution.

also, this chipotle is at 1300 pennsylvania street which made me think of another famous address that is surprisingly similar.

also, this is the first time (at least since started keeping track) that my receipt said “Ingest No Evil.” did I just never get that one before or is this a marker of the fact that more (most? all?) of their food is now “non evil”.
