i had lunch with ryan today. that’s always nice. he’s got some fun work stuff going on so it was interesting to talk about that.
we ate on the grass in front of boulder’s city/county building. during lunch today kevin was discussing a great movie that involved cannibalism. mmmm…burritos while discussing cannibalism.
today I decided to get a crazy combination. no hot salsa. and sour cream instead of cheese. craziness.
i read somewhere that the sour cream had some health benefits over the cheese. i’m not sure that’s the case, but i do believe in variety and so this has more variety.
ezra and al joined me again today - which was nice. but while waiting in line brad porter (and peter and mo and dom, actually) all came in as well. they were with a huge crew, but we got to exchange pleasantries at least.
also, this chipotle offers a free soda if you get a trivia question right. there were two people in line who i watched as they used their mobile phone to look for the answer. seriously, if you are using your $15/month data plan and $200 phone to save $1.50 what is wrong with that situation?
final note, i got some new photos today that should help my call for chipotle photos a bit. but i still need more!
i arrive in san jose today and then headed to the of chaos family residence. where i was given instructions back past the airport to the easiest chipotle to get to. half way there i realized i didn’t have my camera. major bummer.
no worries. i still had a delicious burrito in a very neat looking location. it’s a freestanding building and the inside is shaped in a pretty cool way. they have a nice patio area as well. i think i’m going to like california chipotles :)
also - big welcome to dan who initially wrote about his love over at his umckr blog.
well, maybe not the best, but it was good. spicy too. also, sometime in the last week I cobbled together enough time to make a fun list of how many burritos you’ve consumed each month. so, if you click on someone’s username or go to my profile you’ll see how many burritos I’ve consumed each month. ezra pointed out that my links need to be darker green and that I should use the month name instead of the number. good points.
