Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette Recipe

“Can be used as a salad dressing or meat marinade.”

1/2 Cup red wine vinegar
1/3 Cup honey
1 Tablespoon adobo
2 Tablespoons kosher salt
1 Teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon freshly chopped oregano
1-1/2 Cups olive oil.

Instructions: 
Mix all ingredients in blender, adding oil slowly at the end.
