the westword today had an interesting article about mentions of denver in “famous” books. it started with walt whitman, mark twain, and ended with kerouack. in between were, frankly, a fair number of people i’ve never heard of who wrote books in the last 5-10 years. i’m not sure whether i should be reading more or if this article was really reaching for content.
