three of us ordered our burritos “chicken burrito” and they guy making them added rice without asking and then moved on to the meat item. So, no beans. We all said something like “can I also have black beans”. By the time the third person said that he got upset and said “you have to order the beans first before the meat.” I was basically flabbergasted. First of all, I’ve ordered that way every single time I go to chipotle. and nobody corrects me. and they always say “black or pinto” if I don’t beat them to it.

so, wtf?

second, that’s basically the rudest way to say that you’ve requested food in the wrong order. seriously. how about “ok, next time order the beans first and then the meat.” crazy.

next time i go into a store where i don’t know the people i’m going to pretend like i don’t know and get them to instruct me.
